Here's what our participants are saying ...
Great presenter! I could tell he really knew his stuff and believed in it! It makes a huge difference if your presenter is interesting and interactive.
I learned that different people have different preferences in how they receive information. I try to think about what someone's preference might be and actually ask if they prefer written information, a discussion, or another mode of communication.
It helped me see who my co-workers really were and why they are like they are which helped me a lot.
I learned to be more respectful and mindful of others whose preferences differ from mine.
The trainer did an excellent job! Fun and informative! Thank you!
While I know we have differences, the MBTI confirmed this and validated for me the need to seek others' input and other ways of doing things.
I have learned that when I ask someone a question and they don't respond with an answer right away, maybe I need to give them a few seconds longer before I start talking again.
The presenter was personable and interactive. He quickly learned all of our names and used them throughout the presentation.
I have learned that everyone has their own personality traits that effect how they deal with issues. Different approaches are not a bad thing, but a chance to grow and learn from others' approaches.
It was impactful just knowing how other people think and realizing that my thoughts and suggestions are not the only answer. I don't get as upset with others when they say things I don't agree with.
The trainer should be cloned! We'd like a copy! Great job!
I found the information very helpful. It gave me insight into why people behave as they do and hopefully, I am a bit more patient with those who differ from me. Also I can appreciate someone with a different perspective and what they can add to the decision making.
The presenter was interactive, energetic and a pleasure to listen to. The four hours flew by!
My biggest insight was in how to communicate with others. I have a better understanding of how my communication style may or may not work with others, and what I need to do to make adjustments.
It was very eye opening and I learned a lot about my co-workers.
